Why me?
My name is Caroline and I am a professional communicator, media practitioner, writer and editor.
I have graduated from RMIT’s school of Applied Communications with a degree in Professional Communication, and also RMIT’s School of Creative Media with an Advanced Diploma in Professional Writing and Editing. I have worked as a reporter, editor and project manager in publishing, most recently at Penguin Books, and I currently work in advertising at George Patterson Y&R Melbourne. I have a strong interest in digital communications and production, which brings us here, to my blog. You can have some too, if you like.
Things I like: trees, books, chocolate, toys, bloody marys, sunshine, gardening, loud music – dnb to chopin, brocolli, swings and sleeping.
I dislike: people who walk slow, goodbyes, homework, pretense, missing you, exercise, toes and our neighbours with the audi.
As this is my first blog, I ask that you please be forgiving. Also please note that I am completely incapable of shutting up, but will try not to bore you with my ramblings for too long. Hopefully among the mire you will find some entertaining, if perhaps insightful, stuff.
This is my experiment in networked media, and an exploration of my passion for communicating – please make yourself comfortable.
